Services

What we do, and how it starts.

Four services for church staff, pastors, and the volunteers who keep communications running. Every one starts the same way: a Zoom call to figure out what you actually need.

Church Website Design and Builds

We design, write, and build church websites on WordPress, then hand them over with training so your staff can keep them current. We can connect your YouTube channel so your livestream shows up in a playlist on the site on its own, which keeps the sermon page current without anyone touching it.

Design and copy, not a template drop

Every page is designed around what your church needs a visitor to do next, and written in your voice, not filler text you're expected to replace later.

The stuff churches always bolt on badly

Service times, directions, and “what do I do with my kids” answered above the fold. Giving, events, sermons, and forms wired in properly instead of duct-taped to the footer.

Built for the person who has to update it

Your admin can change a service time, add an event, or swap a photo without calling anyone. We hand it over with a walkthrough and a written cheat sheet.

Fast, findable, and accessible

Mobile-first, quick on a phone in a church parking lot, structured so Google can read it, and legible for the 70-year-old member as well as the 20-year-old visitor.

Sermons that post themselves

We connect your YouTube channel so your livestream lands in a playlist on the site automatically. When Sunday's service ends, it's on the sermon page without anyone logging in.

WordPress, in your name

Built on WordPress, so you're not locked to us or to a proprietary builder. Domain, hosting, and logins stay with your church.

Price: quoted per church after a Zoom call, in writing, before any work starts.

02 · Audit

Communications Audit and Consultation

$500. We look at your communications process, your website, your social accounts, and your branding, then give you a written report with a prioritized list of what to fix and clear next steps.

Communications process

How requests come in, who approves them, how far ahead things get planned, and where announcements fall through the cracks.

Website

What a first-time visitor finds on a phone, what's out of date, what's missing, and who on staff can actually update it.

Social media

Which accounts you have, what goes out and how often, and whether it reflects what's really happening at your church.

Branding

Logo, colors, and type, and whether the bulletin, the slides, the website, and social all look like the same church.

03 · Coaching

Coaching Sessions

For the people doing your church's communications and media work, whether they're paid staff, part-time, or volunteers.

Bring the thing you're stuck on. We'll work through it together and you'll leave with a plan you can run the next week. Sessions can be one-on-one or with your whole team, and they work remotely or in person.

There's no fixed package. We start with a Zoom call, talk through what your team needs, and set the length and cost from there.

Things people bring to coaching

  • Planning a week of communications without it eating the week
  • Setting up a request process staff will actually use
  • Keeping a church website current
  • Planning and making social content
  • Keeping design consistent across slides, print, and web
  • Livestream and production basics for new volunteers
  • Building and training a volunteer media team
04 · Production

On-Site and Remote Production Support

For church production teams that are stuck. We come in person or work with you remotely to fix what's broken, design what's missing, and get the team moving again.

Fix what's broken

Streams that drop, audio that sounds fine in the room and wrong online, slides that lag behind the service. We find the cause, fix it, and show your team what happened.

Design something new

A new element for your services, a better way to run the stream, or a setup that finally matches what you want Sunday to look and sound like. We design it with your team and build it with them.

Get the team unstuck

Sometimes the gear is fine and the team just can't see the next step. We come in, look at how Sunday actually runs, and leave you with a clear plan.

Leave them able to do it

Every visit ends with your people understanding the fix, so the next time it happens they don't need us.

Every situation is different, so it starts with a Zoom call. We talk through what's going wrong, then decide together whether it's a remote session or a visit, and what it will cost.

Questions

Before you ask us.

Where should we start?

If you're not sure what's broken, start with the audit. It's built to answer that question, and it gives you a clear order to fix things in, whether or not you hire us for the next step.

Do we have to be a United Methodist church?

No. A lot of our work is with United Methodist churches, but none of these services depend on denomination.

What does a website build cost?

It depends on how many pages you need and how much content already exists. We start with a Zoom call, then you get a fixed number in writing before any work starts.

Who owns the website when it's done?

Your church does: domain, hosting, content, and every account. Nothing is held in our name.

Do you work outside Dalton?

Yes. Websites, audits, and coaching all work remotely. For on-site production support, tell us where you are and we'll tell you straight whether a visit or a remote session makes more sense.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe your situation in a few sentences. We'll tell you which service fits, or tell you that none of them do.
