About

Built by someone who still has to make it work on Sunday.

Wesley AI is a church communications company in Dalton, Georgia. We build church websites, audit how churches communicate, coach the people doing the work, and help production teams when they're stuck.

The short version

The work comes from inside a church office.

Mat Napp has spent more than a decade in ministry: worship, creative direction, and communications. That's where the same problems keep showing up.

A website three people have partial access to and nobody owns. Graphic requests that arrive the day before they're needed. Event details nobody can find. A livestream that works fine until the one Sunday it doesn't. Volunteers who want to help and were never shown how.

Wesley AI exists to fix those things for churches that don't have a full communications department, or have one that's stretched thin. Sometimes that means building a new website. Sometimes it means an outside look at the whole system, a few coaching sessions, or a day in the booth working out why the stream keeps dropping.

A decade inside church staff meetings

Worship, creative direction, and communications for local churches. The advice here comes from doing the work, not from guessing at what church staff deal with.

Design and communications

Sites, graphics, video, social, and the weekly grind of getting a church's message out. The same craft goes into every website, audit, and coaching session.

Production, not just pixels

Livestream, sound, slides, and the systems behind a Sunday service. When the problem is in the booth instead of on the website, that's work we do too.

How we work

Four things we're not willing to trade.

Straight answers

If something isn't worth fixing, or isn't something we should do, we'll say so.

Built for real ministry workflows

The fix has to fit how your church actually runs, not add a new system nobody has time to maintain.

Clarity-first design

Church staff shouldn't need a training course to update a service time. If they do, we built it wrong.

Leave the team stronger

Every project should leave your staff and volunteers more able to do the work without us.
