Ringgold UMCRinggold, GA
A full rebuild for a church whose site had quietly become the least accurate place to learn anything about them.
The situation
Ringgold's website still worked, technically. But the calendar hadn't been current since the spring, service times were listed in two places that disagreed, and staff had started answering by phone what the site should have answered at 11pm on a Saturday. Visitors were getting their first impression from a page nobody on staff had the time to own.
What we did
We started with the questions the office actually gets asked, and built the site outward from those answers — service times, what to do with kids, and where to park in the first screen on a phone. Sermons pull from YouTube and events pull from the existing calendar feed, so the two things that always go stale now update themselves. Wesley AI's chatbot is built in from launch to catch everything the pages don't cover.
Where it stands
Launching soon — this case study will be updated with live results once the site is public.
